The reporter learned from the provincial government energy conservation office yesterday that the province has launched an investigation of demand for efficient lighting products in the province in the middle of this month. According to the plan of the relevant state ministries and commissions, this year plans to promote 50 million high-efficiency lighting products nationwide through financial subsidies.
According to the relevant person of the Provincial Government Energy Conservation Office, the focus of this promotion is energy-saving lamps (T8, T5 and its supporting electronic ballasts) and high-efficiency high-pressure gas discharge lamps (metal halide lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps, etc.). The end users of the products, including bulk purchase users and urban and rural residents, intend to adopt free distribution methods for social welfare groups and low-income families (such as minimum guaranteed households).
