6. Requirements for bidders:
(1) It shall have legal business qualifications and independent legal personality;
(2) Qualified for secondary or above in urban and road lighting engineering contracting enterprises;
(3) There is a safety production license issued by the competent construction department;
(4) The project manager sent has two or more qualifications;
(5) The project manager sent must have a safety production assessment certificate;
(6) Applicants who have colluded with bidding for bad behavior records or suspected of colluding bids and are accepting investigations by the competent authorities of our city will not be accepted in the bidding and bidding activities since last year.
7. Bidders who participate in the bidding must register as follows:
(1) All suppliers registered in the Shenzhen Municipal Government Procurement Center shall log in to the Luohu District Government Procurement Website during the period from 9:00 on February 26, 2008 to 17:00 on February 28, 2008 in accordance with the granted operational authority. To register online, please log in to the Luohu District Government Procurement Network and click on “Acceptable Management → Fill in the Bidding Qualification†(please ask each supplier to register within the specified time.
