In the process of consulting a number of LED indoor lighting companies, I found that everyone is very confused about the current LED indoor lighting market. As the market changes too much, there is still a large uncertainty in the future market trend.
This paper analyzes the LED indoor lighting market from different angles, hoping to help future LED companies with potential development plans and IPO listings.
   LED energy saving benefits are obvious
From the user's point of view, the biggest attraction of LEDs to traditional lighting is energy saving, which can save electricity costs and long life of LEDs. The cost of lighting can be divided into two parts: one is the cost of electricity; the other is the cost of lighting;
Integrated lighting cost per hour = electricity price unit price (yuan / degree) * power (W) / 1000WH + lamp price (yuan) / lamp life (H)
(1) LED bulb VS incandescent lamp, energy saving lamp
Comparative analysis of 40W incandescent lamps, 8W energy-saving lamps, and 7W LED bulbs with the same lighting effect. Assume that the prices of incandescent and energy-saving lamps remain basically unchanged in the next few years. According to Haizt's law, the price of LEDs with the same lighting effect is declining at a rate of 20% per year, thereby calculating the overall lighting cost of the three products in the next few years.

(2) LED tube VS fluorescent lamp
The 18W LED tube and the 40W fluorescent lamp were analyzed in the same way. At present, the market price of 18W LED tube is about 125 yuan, the service life is 25,000 hours; the 40W fluorescent lamp is about 27 yuan, and the service life is about 6000 hours. Assuming that the price of LED tubes is reduced by 20% per year, the fluorescent lamps remain unchanged, comparing the combined lighting costs of the two products.

(3) Summary
From the above analysis, it can be concluded that the promotion of LED is very beneficial to users. Compared with incandescent lamps, the use of LED bulbs can save 70%-80% of the overall lighting cost per hour. Compared to fluorescent lamps, the use of LED tubes can reduce lighting costs by 40%-50%.
In the process of eliminating incandescent lamps, energy-saving lamps first benefited the most. With the rapid decline in the price of LED bulbs, LED bulbs will take the lead and gradually replace the market for incandescent lamps and energy-saving lamps.
