Wiring diagram for electric energy meter

Wiring method for single-phase AC watt-hour meter. Most of the measurement of AC power uses an induction system. The single-phase watt-hour meter has a special junction box. There are 4 end buttons in the junction box. The voltage and current coils are connected in the junction box when the meter is shipped. The single-phase watt-hour meter has a total of 4 terminal blocks, which are numbered from left to right by 1, 2, 3, and 4. When wiring, you only need to press l and 3 to terminate the power supply, and 2, 4 terminate the load (a few also have l, 2 terminate the power supply, 3, 4 end of the load, when wiring, please refer to the wiring diagram of the meter). If the load current is large or the voltage is high, the current or voltage transformer should be used to access the circuit. Wiring should be based on the principle that the primary of the current transformer is connected in series with the load and the secondary is connected in parallel with the voltage coil of the meter.

Wiring method for three-phase watt-hour meter. The three-phase watt-hour meter is based on the principle of measuring power by two meters, and is composed of two single-phase watt-hour meters. The wiring method of the three-phase watt-hour meter is slightly different depending on the three-phase power line system.

For the direct three-phase three-wire watt-hour meter, there are 8 wiring posts from left to right, 1, 4, 6 are connected to the line, 3, 5, 8 are connected to the line, 2, 7 can be empty; for direct three-phase Four-wire watt-hour meter, there are 11 wiring posts from left to right, 1, 4, 7 are A, B, c three-phase incoming lines, 10 is neutral line incoming, 3, 6, and 9 are 3 phases Line outlet, 11 is the neutral line, 2, 5, 8 can be empty. For large load circuits, an indirect three-phase watt-hour meter must be used. Two to three current transformers of the same specification must be used for wiring.

The wiring of the electric energy meter is complicated and easy to connect. Before wiring, check the instructions attached to the energy meter. Connect the incoming and outgoing lines to the wire head of the energy meter according to the requirements and wiring diagrams on the manual. The wiring of the "generator end" should be observed when wiring. Connect one end of the current and voltage coils with "*" to the same polarity end of the power supply. Also pay attention to the power phase sequence, especially the reactive energy meter should pay more attention to the phase sequence. After the wiring is checked repeatedly, it can be closed.

When the active energy meter turntable is found to be reversed, a specific analysis must be performed. The reversal may be caused by incorrect wiring, but not all reversals are wiring errors. For example, reversal is normal under the following conditions:

(1) The electric energy meter installed on the contact plate. When the electric energy is output from one bus bar to the other bus bar to another bus bar, the electric energy meter carousel is reversed because the electric current meter rotates in this case. The phase has changed by 180°.

(2) When two-phase three-wire active load is measured by two single-phase electric energy meters, when the phase angle of current and voltage is greater than 60°, that is, cosφ<0.5, one of the electric energy meters will be reversed.

Programmable DC Power Supplies

The CSP series Programmable DC Power Supply is upgraded and developed on the basis of iDealTek-Electronics' mature IGBT high frequency switching power topology and all-digital signal control loop. Featured with high precision, low ripple and fast response speed.
The Programmable DC Power Supply is different from the traditional DC power supply that can only control the output voltage and current values. The programmable DC Power Supplies can realize the programming of multiple parameters through adding the microprocessor unit with built-in control program, such as parameters like operating time, output rise time, protection response time, OVP and OCP etc. All can be set and programmed.
At the same time, the microprocessor unit also adds more functions to the power monitoring system, which can realize the query of the historical data of the test results, making the programmable DC power supply the best choice for laboratory test, production line manufacturing test, photovoltaic plate aging test and various cutting-edge applications with Programmable DC power supplies.

This series of Programmable Power Supplies have a total of 4 standard rated power levels, ranging from 1KW Desktop Programmable Laboratory power supplies to 3KW / 6KW / 10KW Rack-mounted Programmable DC power supplies. The maximum output voltage ranges from 600V to 1000V under different rated powers.

Beautiful appearance design with small and compact size, the whole series power supplies adopt silicone buttons, stepless knobs and LCD display on control panel layout. The output voltage, current, start / stop time, output rising rate, OVP, OCP and other parameter setting programming and reading of the Programmable Power Supplies can be easily and quickly completed through the front panel man-machine interface, up to 5 digits of high-precision programming and monitoring levels make the measurement results of the programmable DC power supply accurate and reliable, almost no need to use external power meters.

At the same time, the whole series of programmable DC power supplies are equipped with RS485 interface as standard, following the MODBUS-RTU international protocol, which can realize remote control programming, test results save and uploading to the master unit and status monitoring of the power supply.
