"QTVF series Permanent Magnet Motor " is suitable for the cement,ceramics,metallurgy and other industries. Compared with the traditional drive system, the permanent magnet direct-drive system gets rid of the reducer,hydraulic coupling. Compared with the original system, it has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,low noise,maintenance free,high starting torque,running smoothly and so on. Besides, the product is widely used in the ports,oil fields,mining machinery and other fields which has been unanimously praised by customers.

Two,Technical Features
 
1,The motor is high-efficiency and power-saving whose efficiency can achieve a primary energy consumption(IE4) standard and the power saving rate is above 20%;
 
2,The motor starting torque is large and the system adopts vector control technology, so there is no compact on the power grid and the ball grinding mill;
 
3,The speed of the motor is adjustable so the ball grinding mill can run at a best condition;
 
4,Realize the real maintenance free by getting rid of the reducer,mechanical soft starting devices and other intermediate link;
 
5,The volume is small and it is easier to install.
