Potential bidders with intention (hereinafter referred to as bidders' bids) are welcomed.
First, the scope of the tender:
1. Due to the engineering construction requirements of Yantai City Tower Company, an open tender for the construction of low-voltage power in Yantai City Branch in 2018 will now be conducted.
2. This project is a centralized bidding project;
3. Service period: 1 year from the date of signing the contract;
4. The estimated purchase amount is approximately: 10 million yuan.
Second, the qualification requirements
1. The bidder shall have an independent legal person qualification and the registered capital shall not be less than RMB 10 million (the amount of registered capital shall be based on the results registered in the “National Enterprise Credit Information Disclosure System†on the date of the issuance of the tender notice. In implementing the "three-in-one" policy, the bidder must have a business license after the "three certificates merge";
2. The bidder shall have the qualification of a VAT general taxpayer and be able to issue a VAT invoice with a VAT rate of 11%;

(4) In the most recent three years since January 1, 2015, there have been disputes over contractual disputes caused by breach of contract or improper performance by bidders, arbitration and litigation records, and judgments that have already been entered into by the courts or arbitration institutions. (5 bidders have defrauded bid winners in the last three years (January 1st, 2015).
III. Qualification Examination Method This project adopts a post-qualification review method to conduct qualification examination. The bidder who fails to pass the qualification examination will be rejected.
4. Division of bid sections The project is divided into 8 bid sections. The bid section 1 selects 6 bid winners according to the ranking, and the bid section 2 to bid section 8 selects 2 bid winners by rank. Each bidder can submit up to 5 bids.
